Patient Services is a new secure system that will directly interact with your clinical medical record. This new system is already active and you can begin using it immediately after registration. With it, you will be able to:

Register at the surgery in person

Visit the surgery and request access to our Online Services.  They will ask you for ID and will print out a registration letter. Simply following the instructions within the registration letter.
