Brilliant service!

My husband and I have been patients at the surgery for over 40 years and with 2 sons when they were young. We have seen numerous doctors and reception staff come and go. Despite a lot of criticism of the NHS, this surgery is well run and you can usually get an appointment within a few days and on some occasions the same day if it is urgent. The reception staff are always polite and efficient as are the doctors. It is a training surgery so if the doctor you are registered with is unavailable you can sometimes get one with a young doctor in training. Well done Ingleton Surgery!

Very Satisfied with this surgery

My husband and I have been patients at this surgery for 50 years so have seen many changes of doctors in that time. After reading horror stories of the NHS and of Doctors Surgeries My husband and i feel so very lucky to be a patient at the Ingleton Avenue surgery. We very rarely see one doctor as we have never been on their list but we are very happy with two other doctors. They are both friendly and very proffesional and we feel safe in their hands. The receptionists are also friendly and helpful. Only once have i experienced a problem with getting my prescription and it ended up being a week before it was at the chemist for me to collect but as it was for a cream and not tablets it wasnt really an emergency. We just hope and pray that with the way the NHS seems to be running down that we will be lucky enough to always have doctors at our surgery who we can continue to rely on to put our health in their hands.
